• Any information that is provided in the emails must be valid at the time, there must be an email straight after the one sent to say they are invalid else all information processed will be taken as valid at the time.
• Private information such as addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses which maybe stored on the website database will not be given out in email addresses unless proof is given of the idenity holder.
• Emails operate every day around A.S.C.E.T. this doesnt meant they are not monitored. All emails inbound and outbound are monitored on a daily basis to protect A.S.C.E.T., its client's and employees. If these become a vunrebility at any stage they will be removed from the system and the email sender will undergo a serious investigation as to why the email was sent and to whom it was addressed to.
• Emails sent from the ASCET mail server will be monitored for any threat to which can indanager the sender or reciever. If they are found to become a threat serious action will be taken place and ISP's will be notified.
